Lutine Bell are supporting a leading UK Personal Wealth organisation to appoint their Training and Competency Supervisor. The opportunity is an excellent chance to join a well-established organisation, in a Supervisory role. You will have a particular focus on supporting the training and development of the Financial Planning team, and implementation of the T&C Framework.

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid

Additional Info: 35 Hours Per Week - Flexible Working available

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Wealth Management/IFA/Pensions background
  • Hands on experience in a T&C or Financial Planner role
