Lutine Bell are supporting an International Law Practice to appoint a qualified Tax Accountant into their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Completing IHT returns for predominantly excluded property trusts, which may involve supporting legal teams with structural analysis.
- Preparing income and stockpiled gains pools for non-UK trustees, which can include aiding tax advice for UK resident beneficiaries.
- Preparing UK personal tax returns for UK resident non-domiciled individuals and non-UK residents.
Requirements:
- Relevant accountancy and tax experience, ideally in trust and personal tax fields.
- Relevant accountancy qualification (CTA, ACA/ACCA, or similar) as well as having a particular interest in the area of tax.
- Experience of using tax software packages.
- Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship Not Available).
