Lutine Bell are excited to be partnering with a UK subsidiary of an International Bank focused predominately on medium to large size corporate real-estate investments. The Internal Audit team are looking to appoint a Senior Audit Manager to focus specifically on financial and regulatory reporting including ILAAP, ICAAP, Treasury and Credit.
Location: London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office per week
Salary: £90K - £100K per annum
About the role: The Senior Audit Manager (SAM) will play a critical role in delivering professional, independent, risk-based audits throughout the Bank. You will be accountable for the planning, execution, reporting and issue validation for allocated audits. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding and evaluating the risk profile of allocated auditable entities, identifying key risks, communicating control deficiencies effectively, and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with management. The role is primarily an individual contributor position with accountability for complex audits, rather than a people management role.
Skills Required:
- Professional certifications such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, or CISA required.
- Minimum 6-8 years of audit experience within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of UK regulatory expectations (PRA/FCA).
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial and regulatory reporting (including ILAAP and ICAAP), credit, and treasury products.
- The ability to integrate IT and data considerations into business and prudential audits.
