Lutine Bell are delighted to be supporting a leading Global insurance organisation in the appointment of their Senior Conduct Risk Analyst. This person will be accountable for the ongoing development and execution of conduct reporting and analysis to meet business line requirements for the EMEA region, in relation to conduct governance, product and conduct risk for consumer targeted insurance programmes.
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days p/w onsite)
Salary: Up to £60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely conduct risk reporting and analysis to support governance and regulatory submissions.
- Identify trends in conduct performance data and provide recommendations to improve controls and customer experience.
- Coordinate and compile conduct risk data for management committees and governance meetings.
- Drive efficiency and automation in reporting processes using Excel and other available tools.
- Maintain and develop governance logs, templates, and procedural documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field; insurance or finance diploma preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic (VBA); strong data handling and analysis capability.
- Proven experience in conduct risk, compliance, or governance within the financial or insurance sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
