Lutine Bell is representing a prestigious international banking client seeking a Risk Management & Reporting Analyst. You will assist the Risk Manager in monitoring and managing the Bank’s risk profile, ensuring compliance with governance, policies, strategies, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily risk control, compliance, and adherence to risk appetite.
  • Ensure adequate capital and liquidity, reporting to Senior Management and Committees.
  • Prepare and review policies, risk reports, and regulatory correspondence.
  • Maintain and distribute the Bank’s incident log.
  • Produce risk management reports for committees and senior management.
  • Aggregate risk positions and oversee risks reported by business units.
  • Report breaches above agreed limits to the PRA.
  • Conduct annual reviews of risk policies and procedures.
  • Highlight impacts of sensitivity analysis on capital and liquidity.
  • Support preparation of ICAAP, ILAAP, and RRP documents.
  • Validate and challenge the Bank’s risk management systems and controls.
  • Develop risk management tools and strategies.
  • Submit annual and periodic returns to the PRA/FCA.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a risk-based role within a financial institution, ideally within commercial/wholesale or international banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to demonstrate initiative.
