Lutine Bell are supporting a growing Pensions & Investments firm based in London, who are looking to appoint a senior leader in the 2LoD Risk function to provide oversight across Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk Management & Change Risk.

As part of the broader risk function, this new position will be instrumental in ensuring the business has oversight of ongoing operational resilience activities, third party and well as provide challenge on the various large-scale change projects in the business.

You will design and implement an Oversight Framework to include appropriate focus on Change, Operational Resilience and Third-Party Outsourcers to sit within the current ERM and Non-Financial Risk framework.

To be successful in this role, you will have had exposure across these 3 areas, with 2LoD experience. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to articulate project governance, create solutions and work closely with the 1st line.
