Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director and wider sales team. This role involves PA duties, event coordination and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
PA Responsibilities to the Director:
- Diary Management.
- Arranging Pre-Forum Calls.
- Expense Management.
- Meeting Minutes.
- Arranging Interviews.
- Preparing Documents.
- Ad-hoc PA Support
Requirements:
- 3 years+ experience in Personal Assisting positing or a similar administrative role, experience in the staffing or sales industry is a plus.
- Experience in Events and Marketing.
