Lutine Bell is supporting a fast-growing financial institution with ambitious growth plans. The firm is based in Cambridge and is seeking an Operational Risk specialist to join the team and report directly to the Head of Operational Risk.
This is a brand-new position providing support for change risk oversight. You will be responsible for conducting ongoing RCSAs, maintaining risk policies, procedures, and Risk Appetite Statements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive risk mitigation through comprehensive risk assessments. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting projects to understand risk, facilitating ongoing monitoring, and implementing mitigation strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in Financial Services, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven background in building strong relationships with gravitas. Operational Risk experience is also essential.
