Lutine Bell are delighted to be supporting our market leading Financial Services client in the appointment of their Operational Risk Manager.
This role will be well suited to a Risk Manager (2nd Line) looking to join a high-performing team — a great next step if you are ready to make a bigger impact. In this role, you\’ll help shape a future-fit risk framework, and play a key part in managing risk as our client grows. You will join a collaborative, inclusive culture where creativity, continuous improvement, and meaningful work are part of everyday life.
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid | 10 Days p/m onsite)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits
🔍 Key Responsibilities :
- Supporting the design and delivery of risk management frameworks and training
- Helping teams confidently navigate their risk environments
- Identifying and escalating emerging risks early
- Promoting a collaborative, risk-aware culture across the business
✅ Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience supporting or delivering risk frameworks
- Background in financial services, ideally with Money products (loans, savings, credit cards, etc.)
- Exposure to risk or governance roles, preferably in regulated environments
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder confidence
- Logical, evidence-based problem solver
- Organised, proactive, and plan-oriented
