Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Global Investment Manager looking to appoint an Insurance & Legal Operations Manager to maintain the insurance portfolio and protect the business.

Responsibilities:
Insurance
- Oversee the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring data is accurately collected and presented to secure appropriate coverage.
- Manage mid-term policy changes and handle all aspects of insurance administration.
- Advise internal stakeholders on the scope and application of corporate insurance coverage.
- Ensure timely notifications to brokers and insurers to maintain compliance with policy terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to manage insurance claims effectively and efficiently.
- Stay informed on insurance market trends and best practices to ensure continued relevance and value.
Legal Operations
- Enhance financial controls within the legal function, including budgeting, billing support, and tracking legal spend.
- Support the management and performance of the external legal panel.
- Contribute to legal projects spanning the full scope of the legal department’s work.
- Assist in identifying, selecting, and implementing tools and processes—such as legal technology solutions—to increase operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data and key operational metrics to provide actionable insights for the legal team.
