Lutine Bell is partnering with a well-established Financial Services organisation within the Newcastle area to appoint an IT Risk Oversight Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This position sits within the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) and plays a key role in ensuring that technology risks are effectively identified, managed, and controlled across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed the IT Risk Oversight Framework.
  • Conduct Risk & Control Assessments (RCAs).
  • Provide Second Line oversight of First Line activities, including incident and risk event responses.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand IT risk exposure across the wider risk and technology functions.
