Lutine Bell are seeking an ambitious IT Audit Professional to join a global International Banking Internal Audit function, with a strong focus on Markets and Securities technology. The role involves assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT and Information Security controls across trading platforms, markets applications and supporting infrastructure. You will support and deliver audits across IT and IS, working closely with senior auditors to identify key risks, execute control testing and contribute to high quality audit reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in markets-facing technology audits while gaining broad exposure to cyber security, cloud environments and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver IT and Information Security audits covering markets and trading systems
  • Assess IT risks and controls across front, middle and back office technology
  • Execute audit fieldwork, document findings and support issue validation
  • Review controls supporting trading platforms, access management and change processes
  • Engage with technology and markets stakeholders to drive control improvements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in IT Internal Audit, Technology Risk or SOX ITGC
  • Financial services experience essential, with markets or securities exposure required
  • Experience auditing trading platforms, market data, or banking applications
  • Knowledge of cyber security, IAM, cloud environments and SDLC
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified
  • Studying towards or holding CIA, CISA or similar (preferred)
