Lutine Bell has partnered with a reputable Insurance organisation to appoint an Interim Deputy Chief Risk Officer/Senior Risk Professional on a 6-month contract.

The role will directly support the embedding of the function\’s risk enhancement strategy while strengthening the Group\’s non-financial risk expertise, framework effectiveness, and strategic capability.

It will also lead initiatives to measure and improve risk culture across the business.

This is a hands‐on leadership position, setting the benchmark for what \’good\’ looks like in risk management.

This senior role will play a key part in shaping and driving the organization\’s Enterprise Risk Management agenda. The scope includes:

Risk Reporting: development, enhancement and executive‐level insight

Transformation & Automation: supporting the modernisation of risk processes and tooling

Third‐Party Risk & Operational Resilience: strengthening frameworks, oversight and strategic capability
