Job Description

Lutine Bell are supporting an a global professional services firm to appoint a Commercial Counsel into their expanding Legal Commercial Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Draft, review and negotiate client agreements and legal documentation
  • Negotiating contracts with third party providers
  • Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislations

Requirements

  • 2-6 years PQE
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Strong commercial acumen
