Job Description
Lutine Bell are supporting an a global professional services firm to appoint a Commercial Counsel into their expanding Legal Commercial Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Draft, review and negotiate client agreements and legal documentation
- Negotiating contracts with third party providers
- Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislations
