About the role
This role focuses on implementing and overseeing the bank's Operational Risk Management Framework, working closely with the business to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. Acting as the SME, this position will lead on RCSA's, KRI's, and resilience activity while providing challenge where required.
This hire will additionally be responsible for managing the relationship with Head Office and, therefore, must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
