On behalf of one of our clients, a global top 20 general insurance and reinsurance group, we are recruiting for an Enterprise Risk Manager.
- Work closely with senior leaders to embed the organisation’s Risk Management Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Deliver independent Line 2 oversight by challenging the effectiveness of Line 1 risk practices, identifying gaps, and driving remediation.
- Lead deep-dive assessments, assurance reviews, and advisory work across all Material Risk Classes and key organisational risks.
- Provide dedicated risk support to senior leadership based in London.
- Strengthen overall risk maturity by evaluating the application of ERM and Compliance frameworks, particularly within a Class 4 insurance environment.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks, gained in a Risk and/or Compliance role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and promote a strong compliance culture.
