We are supporting a leading financial services organisation undergoing a transformation following a major business integration. As part of this programme, we are seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to help design and implement a future-state Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced risk professional to play a key role in shaping governance, frameworks, and policies within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with senior risk leaders to:
- Support the design and documentation of future-state ERM frameworks and governance processes
- Reviewing current state processes and documents in each of the merging entities to understand commonalities and differences in approach of various risk management policies, frameworks and policies
- Preparing draft risk appetite and risk framework policy documents for review and approval
- Preparing draft risk management policies across the risk universe
- Preparing tool and template documents to support the first line implementation of risk management processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Enterprise Risk Management within Financial Services - ideally Insurance or Investments
- Developing the content of and writing risk governance and compliance documents
- Creating and developing communication and training decks in the area of risk management
- Evaluating and documenting controls
