About The Role

In this role, you may be asked to support both our catering/kitchen and cleaning departments within our Residential Care facility.

You will be supervised by the Hotel Services Manager ensuring that you maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and food service delivery.

Some of the key duties include assisting in waste removal, stock rotation, dishwashing, maintaining clean work areas, food preparation, serving of resident’s food and the use of commercial cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen cleaning.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility using safe cleaning practices.
  • Deliver high-quality service while following hygiene and safety standards.
  • What You Will Need
  • Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts across a 7-day roster.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance.

In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
