Luther College is currently in a growth phase and is seeking expressions of interest from engaging and passionate teachers to join our talented learning team in 2026. Early career and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

You are a teacher who is always learning and improving your practice, passionate about supporting students to become independent in their learning. A teacher who is committed to the holistic development of students in partnership with parents. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet the needs of our students and families.

The Application Process

Please apply via the college employment webpage, addressing your application to the Principal, including the following information:

  • A cover letter addressing the key selection criteria (please refer to the Position Description)
  • Curriculum Vitae, including your qualifications and experience.
  • The names and contact details of three professional referees.
  • Evidence of a valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or equivalent.
  • Evidence of your right to work in Australia (copy of your passport or birth certificate).

Applicants must be willing to support the college’s approach to excellence in Christian co-education. Applications close: Friday 5 September 2025 at 4.00pm. Applications must be submitted via our recruitment website. Applications via email will not be accepted.
