Director of Student Engagement & Metrics
Contract Type: Full-Time Contract Position
Luther College seeks to appoint a dynamic and innovative Director of Student Engagement & Metrics responsible for fostering student learning growth and engagement across the student lifecycle.
The Director will demonstrate significant educational expertise and oversee co-curricular programs in collaboration with co-curricular leaders. The goal is to create opportunities for student engagement and provide breadth and depth in learning, ensuring all experiences are deeply connected to curriculum and educational purpose, working in synergy with academic pursuits. The role involves working closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning to drive a proactive approach to data analytics, visualization, and storytelling to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement. This supports our strategic target to embed data-informed practices that improve teaching and learning.

About the Role
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be a visionary leader passionate about excellence in teaching and learning. You should be flexible, adaptable, and recognize the importance of student engagement and data use to improve outcomes.
You will support strategic goals by leading data analytics and metrics to inform the design of engaging, inclusive educational programs. Your experience in developing educational frameworks and fostering continuous improvement will be crucial.
Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to support and empower others are key to your success in this role.
