  • Provide objective, evidence-based assurance and recommendations to Project Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, QHSES Managers, and Operations Leadership regarding the effectiveness of controls, leadership behaviours, and management systems.
  • Verify the effectiveness and sustainability of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, assessments, incidents, investigations, client findings, and regulatory reviews through Verification of Effectiveness (VOE).
  • Analyse assessment results, incidents, trends, recurring findings, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for risk reduction, continual improvement, and leadership intervention.
  • Prepare and present assessment reports, executive summaries, assurance insights, and risk-based recommendations to project and business leadership.
  • Contribute assurance intelligence, lessons learned, recurring themes, and emerging risk insights to management reviews, leadership forums, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Project Leadership, QHSES teams, supervisors, and frontline personnel to strengthen leadership controls, risk management practices, management system implementation, critical control effectiveness, and sustainable corrective action management.
  • Promote a learning-focused assurance culture through independent challenge, constructive feedback, leadership engagement, and sharing of lessons learned and best practices across projects and functions.
