Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical experienced Signage Estimator / Internal Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will assess project requirements, prepare accurate cost estimates, and help ensure projects are delivered within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of cost control to contribute to the successful delivery of signage projects across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse client specifications and project drawings to determine signage requirements.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates covering materials, labour, and equipment.
  • Work closely with the sales and design teams to develop competitive, profitable proposals that meet client needs.
  • Source suppliers and negotiate pricing to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle and adjust estimates to reflect changes or unforeseen costs.
  • Prepare tender documents and bids for new projects.
  • Maintain organised records of estimates, supplier quotations, and project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and relevant industry regulations.

  • Proven estimating experience within the signage industry is essential.
