Lusona Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a growing manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Analyst based near Alloa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing commercial finance team in a business experiencing continued growth. The organisation offers a hybrid working model (23 days on-site) alongside a supportive environment with strong progression opportunities.

As Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting the Finance Manager and wider business through insightful financial reporting and analysis. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pricing analysis, month-end reporting, and ongoing performance reporting
  • Analysing labour, materials, and production costs, highlighting key variances
  • Supporting commercial decision-making through accurate data analysis and insights
  • Maintaining and improving the integrity of financial and operational data
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance and efficiency
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

This is a commercially focused role where you will play a key part in influencing decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including data manipulation and financial modelling
  • Experience within financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A
  • Ability to interpret data and present clear, meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with non-finance stakeholders
  • Manufacturing or cost analysis experience is advantageous but not essential
