An established and growing distribution organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its busy finance team based in Paisley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an Accounts Payable or general finance background who enjoys variety and is proactive in their approach to work.
Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with month-end finance tasks
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
Experience
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in an Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or similar role
- Flexible, adaptable and happy to support where needed
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems (experience with ERP/accounting software is an xgikmsk advantage)
