An established and growing organisation within the construction sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, including site administration, document control, and operational support.

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in supporting both office and site-based activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling case studies and supporting marketing activity, including updating LinkedIn content
  • Preparing and maintaining O&M manuals and Health & Safety documentation (site setup documents)
  • Managing site administration and document control processes, including uploading construction drawings to SharePoint (or similar systems), version control, and maintaining project folders
  • Coordinating and maintaining the training matrix across the business
  • Overseeing site branding and assisting with Constructionline accreditation
  • Managing vehicle administration and supplier processes, including generating purchase orders and monitoring the supplier ledger
  • Acting as the main point of contact for IT queries and managing office supplies and stationery
  • Providing general administrative support, including reception duties and ad hoc tasks

Previous experience in an administrative or site admin/document control role (ideally within construction or a similar industry) is required. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail are essential. Experience working with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint) and version control processes is also necessary. A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, are important for success in this role.
