We are working with a well-established residential property business in Edinburgh to recruit a Front of House Property Advisor to join their professional, office-based team. This is a client-facing role suited to someone personable, organised, and confident, who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the smooth running of a busy property environment.
The Role
As Front of House Property Advisor, you will act as the welcoming face of the business, delivering a professional and friendly service to new and existing clients while providing essential administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact, covering reception and welcoming new residential property clients
- Managing enquiries and supporting clients through the early stages of their property journey
- Liaising with surveyors, arranging viewings, managing keys, and coordinating appointments
- Supporting marketing activity, including property listings and promotional materials
- Providing general administrative and office support to the wider team
- Bringing a small sales-focused element to the role by identifying and supporting opportunities where appropriate
About You
