An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Exeter. The role will mainly focus on supporting project managers, project coordinators, and the coordination team over the design, procurement, and construction phases of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collation, management, and version control of drawings, technical information, and correspondence between project teams and all external parties/clients for project technical submittals.
  • Help ensure that drawings and Pi system files correlate.
  • Reviewing and coordinating incoming mail and email inboxes for new enquiries, logging onto systems.
