An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Senior to join a well-established and close-knit tax team of ten based in central Edinburgh. This permanent role is ideally suited to an experienced Personal Tax Assistant or Senior seeking their next challenge in a client-focused and collaborative environment.
You will take ownership of a traditional private client portfolio of circa 170 clients, preparing personal and partnership tax returns, managing day-to-day client communications, and ensuring the smooth collation of documentation with support from administrators.
As a trusted point of contact, you'll respond to client queries and develop long-standing relationships. You'll also assist senior management with ad hoc advisory projects and liaise with other departments across the firm.
There is a strong emphasis on technical development, with support from experienced colleagues.
