Lusona Consultancy are proud to be partnered with a growing Manufacturing business to recruit for a Financial Analyst near Alloa. This is a contract opportunity initially for 18 months supporting the Finance Manager and the wider commercial finance team. The salary for the position is £40,000 per annum under a hybrid working model 3 days per week on site.
The Financial Analyst will sit within the wider FP&A team, supporting commercial decision-making through accurate reporting, data management, and insightful analysis. The Financial Analyst will have strong data analysis, extraction and manipulation experience with the ability to present and provide meaningful analysis on decision making.
Working in a Manufacturing environment you will be responsible for labour, materials and cost analysis, highlighting variances to the business and working collaboratively with cross functional teams. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for delivering pricing, month-end, and performance reporting, ensuring the integrity of master data, and supporting continuous improvement projects that enhance commercial performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and excel skills, financial modelling and financial reporting skills, ideally with exposure in Manufacturing but not essential. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office within a commercial, high performing finance team.
You will benefit from 26+8 days annual leave, 37.5 hour working with study support, pension and on-site parking. If you are passionate about financial analysis, reporting and planning and want to make an impact on financial performance, this is an excellent role offering longer term progression.
