Lusona Consultancy is proud to be partnered with a growing manufacturing business in Stirling to recruit a Financial Analyst based near Alloa. This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract supporting the Finance Manager and the wider Commercial Finance team. The role offers a hybrid working model, with three days per week on site.
The Financial Analyst will sit within the wider FP&A team, supporting commercial decision‑making through accurate reporting, data management, and insightful analysis. The successful candidate will have strong data analysis, extraction, and manipulation skills, with the ability to present clear and meaningful insights to support business decisions.
Working in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for analysing labour, materials, and costs, highlighting variances to the business, and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering pricing, month‑end, and performance reporting
- Ensuring the integrity of master data
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance commercial performance and efficiency
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and Excel skills, alongside experience in financial modelling and reporting. Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
This is a hybrid role within a commercial, high‑performing finance team. The benefits package includes 26 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 37.5‑hour working week, study support, pension, and on‑site parking.
