An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team with a strong reputation for handling complex, high-profile work across the UK. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- High-value and strategically significant Employment Tribunal litigation
- Complex discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations issues
- Workplace and regulatory investigations
- Major restructurings, reorganisations and redundancy programmes
- TUPE and business change projects
- Day-to-day and strategic employment law advisory work for a diverse client base
You will work closely with leading employers on some of their most challenging workplace issues, advising on matters that are often high-profile, business-critical and intellectually stimulating. About You
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant Employment Law experience
- Associate or Senior Associate level (minimum of 3 years or more)
