Currently, they are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their expanding Glasgow team.
Role Overview
As a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering innovative electrical design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will:
- Lead electrical design on multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Attend client engagement meetings.
- Attend project sites as needed per project requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or other relevant subject.
- Proven experience in electrical design engineering within building services projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services deliverables.
- Excellent proficiency in industry standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, etc.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IET) is desirable.
