Your New Role
As Construction Document Controller, you will play a central role in managing all project documentation across multiple concurrent construction programmes. You will support project managers, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and robust document governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing documentation workflows across major construction schemes
- Maintaining accurate, compliant records using industry-standard platforms
- Coordinating drawing revisions, approvals, and controlled distribution

- Preparing project registers, status reports, audit trails, and governance packs
- Ensuring document control procedures are adhered to across all project stakeholders
