Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Associate – Dundee

Job Location: Dundee (predominantly office-based)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a dynamic Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re‑mortgages, while delivering a high‑quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend networking events to raise the team’s profile.
  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
