About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a dynamic Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re‑mortgages, while delivering a high‑quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
- Attend networking events to raise the team’s profile.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
