Office Assistant / Team PA
Blantyre
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Monday – Friday | 8:00/8:30am – 4:00pm (Early finish Fridays!)
We’re looking for a proactive and professional Office Assistant / PA to join a friendly and fast-paced team. This is a varied and client-facing role, ideal for someone highly organised with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house: welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Managing office supplies and stationery orders
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff
- Providing PA support to the senior management team
