Tax Manager – Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary : up to £65,000 (DOE) + Benefits
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join a fast-growing, innovation-focused advisory firm with a reputation for delivering outstanding results to complex, high-profile clients.
We are seeking individuals with backgrounds in R&D Tax or Corporate Tax who are ready to take ownership of a varied portfolio and work directly with some of the UK’s most innovative businesses.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of complex and high-growth clients, acting as a trusted adviser across a range of innovation incentives and corporate tax matters.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of accountants, lawyers, and sector specialists to deliver tailored, market-leading advice.
- Build strong client relationships, advising on the wider tax and commercial impact of projects.
- Play a key role in shaping the firm’s reputation as a trusted adviser to large and complex businesses.
About You
- Professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent).
- At least 2–3 years post-qualified experience in tax, ideally corporate or R&D.
- Commercially minded with strong technical skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
