An established and well-regarded Scottish law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client / Executry Solicitor to join its busy team. The role sits within the executry team and offers the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality private client caseload in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
- Managing executry files from inception to conclusion
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
- Estate administration and trust work
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Regular client contact and relationship management
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (Scottish qualified), or due to qualify shortly
- Experience in executry and private client matters preferred
- Strong drafting, organisational and client-facing skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
