A leading UK-based law firm is seeking experienced lawyers (3+ years PQE) to join its dynamic Energy & Infrastructure practice, with a focus on Oil & Gas. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value, strategically significant projects that shape the future of the energy sector.

Role Overview
You will support a highly regarded Oil & Gas team, contributing to a broad range of legal work including:
- Upstream operational contracts (JOAs, transportation, decommissioning)
- Field development agreements
- M&A due diligence and transaction support
- Service sector contracts (drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs)
- Regulatory advice
- Industry briefings and legal updates
- Business development and client engagement
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for lawyers with:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Oil & Gas law
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and legal acumen
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Interest in contributing to business development and sector growth
