They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing Manchester team. This role involves taking responsibility for electrical building services design across a variety of challenging projects:
- Designing and delivering mechanical systems across a diverse mix of projects.
- Assisting senior engineers in the full project lifecycle from concept and feasibility to detailed design stages.
- Conducting site surveys and attending client meetings.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or relevant subject.
- ~3+ years of proven experience in mechanical design within the building services sector.
- ~ An existing security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- ~ Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE guidelines.
- ~ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, IESVE, etc.
