We are currently representing a major global consulting and tax advisory firm that is looking to hire multiple Pillar Two Compliance Managers across the UK as demand from multinational clients continues to accelerate. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly visible and strategically important team at the forefront of global tax transformation.
Successful individuals will work with some of the world’s most recognisable organisations, including FTSE100 and S&P500 groups, supporting them through the implementation and ongoing compliance requirements of the OECD Pillar Two framework.
The role will combine:
- Pillar Two compliance delivery
- Corporate tax compliance and tax accounting
- Large-scale international client engagement
- Data analysis and process optimisation
- AI-enabled transformation and automation initiatives
The hiring team is particularly interested in individuals who can help shape and improve processes as this new framework beds into the market. Previous Pillar Two experience would be advantageous, however the firm is equally keen to speak with high-calibre tax professionals coming from:
- Corporate Tax Compliance
- Tax Reporting / Tax Accounting
- International Tax Compliance
- Large Corporate Tax teams within Practice or Industry
Full training and support will be provided. The firm is open to considering:
- Permanent hires
- Fixed-term contractors
- Experienced interim/day-rate professionals
- Relocators from overseas who have Pillar II experience
Key requirements:
- ACA / ACCA / CA / CTA / ATT qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong corporate tax fundamentals (preferably UK)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A process improvement mindset
