A well‑established organisation in the manufacturing and operations sector is seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Livingston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with haulage partners, logistics providers, internal teams, and customers to guarantee timely and accurate delivery operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main contact for UK haulage partners and internal logistics teams
- Planning and scheduling consignments
- Monitoring and reporting stock levels across hubs and warehouses
- Producing delivery notes and processing GRNs
- Communicating delivery information to offices and customers
- Supporting project coordinators with logistics‑related issues
- Investigating and responding to delivery concerns or complaints
- Processing stock orders and acknowledgements
- Managing month‑end stock reporting
- Coordinating delivery vehicles and off‑loading requirements
- Providing delivery progress reports and photographic updates
- Supporting ongoing logistics reporting as required
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

- Computer literacy
- A full driving licence (essential)
