We are working with a growing, multi-entity organisation seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop its people strategy during an exciting phase of growth and integration. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with the senior leadership team to support organisational development, talent strategy, and cultural alignment across the business.
Reporting into a senior executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a forward-thinking HR strategy to support a business operating at scale and continuing to expand through acquisition. You will lead HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and capability across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of the company’s People Strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans
- Lead recruitment strategy, including developing best practices and supporting key hires
- Review and enhance HR systems and digital platforms
- Oversee and update HR policies in line with employment legislation
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business
- Develop and deliver learning & development programmes, including coaching and training initiatives
- Lead talent management activities such as succession planning and performance frameworks
- Manage and develop HR team members
- Produce regular HR reporting and insights for senior leadership
- Conduct internal audits to ensure consistency and compliance across divisions
You will be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Required experience and skills:- CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role with team management responsibility
- Strong background in organisational development and people strategy
- Experience supporting change and/or growth environments
- Ability to influence and build relationships at senior level
- Strong communication, coaching and engagement skills
- People-focused and collaborative
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Salary up to £60,000
