An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join the in-house tax function of a major international professional services organisation as a Partnership Taxes Senior Manager. This is a highly specialised role sitting at the heart of the partnership tax operation, supporting a complex and high-profile partner population across the UK and Ireland. The successful individual will play a key role in overseeing partnership and partner tax compliance, managing critical reporting obligations, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, governance and client service.
Working within a well-established Tax team, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and review of partnership tax computations and partnership returns
- Managing complex partner personal tax compliance matters
- Review and management of P11Ds, PSA reporting and related tax obligations
- Oversight of partner payment processes, including key January and July cycles
- SOA notifications and wider tax reporting obligations
- Supporting and maintaining robust UK tax governance policies and controls
- Managing partner and partnership Irish tax compliance requirements
- Reviewing tax computations and returns for associated entities and service companies
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and tax technology enhancements
- Line management and development of junior members of the Tax team
