Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will join a small, supportive team and take responsibility for a range of key credit control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
- Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing DD increase review letters
- Handling and following up on direct debit rejections
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High levels of self-discipline, motivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
