What You’ll Do:
- Manage a range of corporate matters: mergers & acquisitions, private equity, investments, reorganisations, and corporate governance.
- Advise clients on partnership structures, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Support clients through the full deal lifecycle, working alongside specialists in tax, employment, finance, and real estate.
- Play a key role in business development, building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Guide and supervise junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to team development.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in corporate law.
- Experience managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal advice with commercial awareness.
- Skilled communicator with strong drafting abilities and a commitment to excellent client service.
- Proactive in business development and maintaining industry awareness.
