This role is well suited to part-qualified or fully qualified accountants (ACCA/CA/ACA) looking to gain exposure to complex external reporting and global regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS
  • Support related regulatory reporting and external audit queries
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk teams to ensure compliance
  • Build understanding of reporting frameworks and internal policies
  • Help improve reporting processes, controls, and written procedures
  • Present key disclosures and commentary to senior stakeholders

Ideal Background:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Experience in financial statement preparation
  • Background in accountancy practice (audit/accounts preparation) or industry (preferably finance statement preparation)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
