Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for partnering with leadership teams and driving financial performance? We’re recruiting for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts across six group entities/divisions
- Deliver commercial and overheads analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with divisional leadership teams to provide insightful reporting and forecasting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage weekly cash flow forecasting
- Prepare year-end audit packs and liaise with external auditors
- Support ad hoc finance projects in a dynamic environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
