Our client is looking to recruit for an experienced candidate that can join their accounts team and assist with the below core duties:
- Volume purchase invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Collate weekly banking and deposit at bank in line with company procedures
- Process payment runs
- Reconcile the purchase ledgers to the nominal ledgers monthly
- Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger balances monthly
- Record CIS deductions and updating supplier record
- Responsible for Monitoring Finance mailbox for supplier queries
- Other finance duties as required
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that already have a minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience and are looking to expand on their skill set within a dynamic organisation. Candidates must have relevant experience within a similar position and be comfortable communicating with senior management.
