Our Client, is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of sustainable timber and aluminium-clad windows, doors, and façade systems. With a strong presence in the UK market and a reputation for innovation, quality, and environmental responsibility, they are expanding its technical team to support a growing portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
The role
As Façade Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of bespoke façade solutions, working closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of façade design, ensuring compliance with performance standards, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading façade design development across multiple projects.
- Coordinating with design consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Producing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and performance documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, sustainability targets, and quality standards.
- Supporting testing, mock-ups, and installation processes.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Experience Required :
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in façade design and delivery, ideally within the UK market.
- Strong technical knowledge of timber, aluminium, and composite façade systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
