Our client — a market-leading global advisory firm — is seeking experienced Senior Managers to join its growing Insurance Finance Transformation Advisory practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity combining finance transformation, technical accounting and strategic advisory.

You’ll work with leading insurance clients, helping them modernise finance functions and navigate increasingly complex reporting and accounting environments.

Typical engagements include: Finance transformation leadership Accounting advisory and technical reporting IFRS 17 and post-implementation optimisation Finance operating model redesign Reporting governance and control enhancement Finance systems and data transformation Cross-functional transformation involving finance, actuarial and technology teams Digital and AI-enabled finance solutions This role combines client leadership, technical credibility and commercial influence.

We’d love to hear from you if you have: Insurance finance transformation and/or accounting advisory experience gained in Consulting or the Insurance sector Strong insurance accounting and reporting knowledge Experience leading large or complex change programmes Senior stakeholder management capability Commercial awareness and leadership experience Interest in technology and AI within finance environments IFRS 17 and insurance reporting expertise are highly desirable.
